Studying During Covid-19 - protecting our Mental Health

I have become acutely aware of how Covid-19 has changed the way I live my life, how I work, how I shop, how I socialise and how I relate to people.  I'm sure I'm not alone in that realisation.  But one thing that has been difficult for me to deal with is my mental health. At first when I realised my mental health was suffering I was experiencing panic attacks.  Work pressures were just getting on top of me but this was a new experience and it kind of felt like I was losing my mind.
